We make beds with every cleaning. If you'd like the linens changed, the clean linens must be provided at the time of service.

We will empty all indoor trash receptacles. Outdoor trash receptacles must be available to hold indoor trash after cleaning. We don't transport household trash. 

While laundry isn't part of our basic or deep cleaning services, it can be added on prior to our arrival so that we can allocate the time for the laundry services. Please see additional services.

Dish service is included with our deep cleaning services, we provide up to one dishwasher load of dishes. Any dishes in excess of one load full is an extra fee and will be added accordingly. Dishes can be added onto our basic cleaning for an additional fee.

Absolutely, we bring what we need to get the job done. If you have products you'd prefer us to use, you can provide them. Please refer to our policies section.

Yes, due to potential allergies and safety reasons, we ask that all pets be secured during your scheduled cleaning. We try to get the job done as efficiently and effectively as possible with minimal distractions. Sometimes, pets walk on a wet floor and we can't back track due to loose animals/pets. To ensure that you get the service that you're paying for and expecting, we ask that pets are secured.

Unfortunately, both pet and human waste are biohazards and requires special gear and equipment. We don't provide this service. All waste needs to be picked up prior to the scheduled service. Constant violation or disregard, will result in termination of service.

No, we are not a maid service. We are a professional cleaning service. We are here to ensure your space is refreshed, cleaned, maintained, revived, and happy. Please see "How to prepare my space for cleaning." 

While every space is different and some require products with a little extra strength, we try to use the safest products with minimal chemicals to get each job done effeciently.  Eco-Friendly products are available upon request prior to our arrival so that we may prepare properly.
